Very very dissatisfied with the buyers protection .

Very very dissatisfied with the buyers protection . I paid to protect an item on eBay as it was a voucher . After complaining about it and appealing I lost case and £600 voucher as item was sold fraudulent. Would never trust PayPal protection again Reviewed on: 6th July 2026

Used PayPal for a direct debit payment .

Used PayPal for a direct debit payment . Item was never able to be used as a voucher I paid for PayPal protection and they refused a GENUINE refund on £600 spend. I have contacted them numerous times and they won’t refund it Reviewed on: 8th June 2026
