Excellent Service

Have had to make 2 claims (one ongoing) and the vets practise is very happy with the speed of payment. Have recommended them to friends on numerous occasions and will continue to do so. Reviewed on: 15th August 2019

Had to make 2 claims within a few weeks of each other one requiring ongoing treatment. Even the vet is impressed at the speedy way they settle invoices. Only concern is whether this will effect the annual renewal payments outside of the normal percentage rise. Hope not. Would highly recommend them to anyone considering pet insurance.
