Finally a loan company that actually cares!

I’ve had a really positive experience with Manchester Credit Union. The whole process was straightforward, quick and much less stressful than I expected. The staff were friendly, understanding and actually treated me like a person rather than just a number. Communication was clear throughout and they explained everything properly with no hidden surprises. Payments are manageable and the support they offer feels a lot more personal compared to other lenders. If you’re looking for a reliable and trustworthy place for a loan or savings account, I’d definitely recommend giving them a try. Reviewed on: 18th May 2026
