Happy and satisfied long term customers

We have been customers of Triodos bank since they first opened their British branch in Bristol. As organic vegetable growers we were concerned to bank with an ethical bank and Triodos not only supplied that, but also gave us good personal service. When we finally managed to build our house, after 14 years of living in caravans, Triodos loaned us the money we needed. They have always been clear about what they have to offer and more than thirty years later, we are as satisfied with their service now as we were when we opened our accounts with them. All banks provide services and loan money, but Triodos has always made us feel that we were important to them. Reviewed on: 18th April 2026
