Communication

From the beginning Jaja finance has been good to me but the last 3 months the lack of communication from the specialist team after temporarily restricting my card has been bad. I would have liked for this to be resolved a very long time ago as it could be a small issue that could be easily avoided. Hope it gets resolved as they have been one of the better credit cards I’ve had. Reviewed on: 18th April 2026
