I have had payment issues with PayPal credit and fin...

I have had payment issues with PayPal credit and find the setting up of routine payments difficult and ended up where for some reason the system has taken the whole balance payment for the item, this has happened on two occasions for me and the items were for hundreds of pounds which if this happens makes using the credit system pointless.
