Overall great app

The Moneybox AI is pretty good, sometimes it answers the question but if it can’t it always give you the option to speak to an actual person which is find really helpful! The representatives are always really helpful in answering questions. The app itself is easy to use and set up/closing accounts is a simple process which the t&c’s in words you can actually understand which is always helpful! Reviewed on: 19th April 2026
