Great Service - thank you!

Excellent service by telephone and e-mail on a Saturday morning! The renewal invitation (received back in May as our AGM was in June last year) was concise and easy to follow. The renewal was needed for confirmation of a booking - like yesterday! So I was a very happy customer, as the whole transaction took only a few minutes, including confirming e-mails. And PISUKI the non-profit for which I'm Hon. Sec. was awarded a 5% Premium reduction for an unblemished No Claims -Record, over the years. [As I used to work in the Lloyd's of London Market for 22 years, I thought there was no harm in asking!] Sorry I cannot award 5* and 10* above - I'd given my Amex card details before being advised that Amex is not acceptable to the Insurer.
