Be very careful!

Took out a building and contents policy with them in Aug 2018 and immediately cancelled the continuous payment authority on my credit card. Received email from them in July 2019 stating that my policy would automatically be renewed in Aug 2019 with a 30% increase incidentally - no thank you. Was informed by a customer services representative that continuous payment authority and automatic renewal were two different things????????? Be very careful if dealing with these guys.
