Only had 1 reason to contact customer service about a purchase and believe it or not I lost even with photographic evidence. Im just more careful what I buy, the overall view on paypal is good though Reviewed on: 7th July 2026

So far so good with the paypal credit, I did try and contact a actual person to speak to regarding a previous sale made by mistake due to wrong selection payment but was very annoying with automated and unable to sort the issue Reviewed on: 19th April 2026
