Good Savings, Could Earn More

I chose Lloyds Bank for my savings account because I was already a customer and the setup process was straightforward. Opening the account online was quick and didn’t require much paperwork. The interest rate is reasonable, although not the highest compared to other banks. However, I find the mobile banking app very easy to use, and transferring money between accounts is smooth. Customer service has been generally helpful when I had queries, though response times could sometimes be improved. Overall, I’m satisfied with the account for everyday savings, but I might explore other options for higher interest rates in the future. Reviewed on: 19th April 2026
