They were clear, concise and polite and very kind and understand when dealing with customer services including other team members when past through. In dealing with my query, I was geneuinly stress because of the situation and they helped and we were able to come to a resolution without fuss or issues. Quality customer service

My experience as a customer, they’ve been excellent and professional and understanding each time I’ve had a query or issue. They’ve felt with it promptly. The only issue i have found is the payment date, it doesn’t come out on the day, it takes up to several days. Which on two occasions result in the system not taking my money, due to being on the weekend, that caused delays but these issue were resolved with kindness and understanding.
