Good interest rates for savings

I have been a savings customer for a few years now. The interest rates have been consistently high and the app is relatively easy to use. I was disappointed with customer service about a promotion for recommending someone where I was eligible and did not receive the promised token- when I raised it, I got an unhelpful response that did not explain things adequately.
