To my surprise, I received a response within minutes. The representative was calm, polite, and clearly understood the urgency of the situation. Rather than giving generic responses, they carefully reviewed my account activity and explained what they were seeing in clear, simple terms. When it became apparent that the transaction was indeed unauthorized, the representative guided me step-by-step through securing my account. At the same time, they initiated a dispute on my behalf and explained exactly what would happen next, including realistic timelines. They regularly checked in to make sure I understood everything and asked if I had any further concerns. I never felt rushed or dismissed, even though it was likely a busy time.
