Amazing how easy Credit Union is to apply.

I was so amazed at how easy it is to apply to join the credit union. Also the process of obtaining a loan.The person who I spoke to first Shelley was so easy to talk to and explained the process of how to go about everything that was needed to apply of which I followed through by email. The second person I spoke to Karen was so good in being on time with the telephone call 3 way and explained that this is how it happened and what to do and how it works about payments and shares also about the savings for Christmas. I felt really comfortable talking with these agents as they put you at ease and were so professional. The experience was good. Reviewed on: 20th April 2026
