So grateful to 118 118. Given a second chance!

I'm very happy with 118 118. After struggling through an IVA I thought I wouldn't be eligible for a credit card, but I was wrong. I've kept my account in good order and have had no issues. The customer service is fantastic and it's nice to know they are trusting to those deserving of a second chance. Reviewed on: 20th April 2026
