Review of the PayPal, PayPal Credit:

I’ve been with PayPal for quite a few years and seen the system evolve. I like the app and different credit options ( credit or pay in 3) usually works well . I do sometimes find that when paying some websites seem to have glitches when transferring ( not sure if this is the actually websites or because I usually use safari on iPhone but generally all goes smooth . The only other gripe is that if you do get a problem , I really really detest AI help system . It usually can’t solve it and you go round in a loop getting frustrated . Last time , I ended up looking on Google ‘ how to speak to a human ‘ just kept typing rubbish and finally got through to an online assistant . The issue did need a human to put it right , so would’ve preferred that option as a button instead of wasting 30 minutes getting annoyed .but overall my experience is good and would recommend to my family and friends Reviewed on: 20th April 2026
