Generally positive. It is always helpful to have a service like this available to loyal customers. Not had any major issues. Could also benefit from simpler repayment and app simplicity as can sometimes be unclear when making additional payments if they have gone through and successful worked. Would also like longer repayment options with a simple direct debit repayment setup available. Reviewed on: 20th April 2026
