Generally find the app and card very easy to get along with but I have a subscription problem with money being taken from my account on a set date which has been going on for 3 years now, thats disbite sending e-mails ,and phone calls asking for the payments too e stopped. Strange that 118 can call the fraudulent receiving company concerned, when I have tried every Number on the Web site but cannot get someone to answer having spent hours to try. For 3 years now all I get from 118 118 a confirming that they managed to get hold of the company and that no more payments will be taken.? I still had a payment taken last year even though I cancelled my card as advised too so that I had and New Number to my card which also should have stopped further collections. I have taken this to be a very POOR customer service with myself having lost £118.68 to date. Not good but hope it doesn’t happen again, as apart from this on going problem, the app is certainly improved and I have found 118 118 to be an excellent Credit & Loan Lender very helpful .
