Communication

Good experience when you can speak to someone about your account, but found it difficult to speak to someone in the evening. I work long hours at the hospital, so not always easy to try and communicate during normal hours. Would be good when on the chat outside of working hours, your message is picked up and responded to or a message portal would be ideal Reviewed on: 20th April 2026
