I’ve been using PayPal for a few years now as a regular user, and overall it’s been a reliable and convenient way to manage online payments. Setting up an account was quick, and linking my bank account and cards was straightforward. I especially like how easy it is to send money to friends and family—it’s fast, and in most cases, the transfer happens almost instantly. One of the biggest advantages for me is the added layer of security. I don’t have to share my card details with every website I shop from, which gives me peace of mind. The buyer protection feature has also been helpful on a couple of occasions when purchases didn’t go as expected, and the resolution process, while not perfect, did work in my favor. The mobile app is user-friendly and makes it simple to track transactions, check balances, and send or request money on the go. Notifications are clear and timely, which helps me stay on top of my spending. That said, the fees can be a bit frustrating, especially for international transfers or currency conversions—they do add up over time. Customer support can also be hit or miss depending on the situation, and sometimes resolving issues takes longer than I’d like. Overall, PayPal is a solid and trustworthy platform for everyday transactions.
