Impossible to get money back

I have found it impossible to get my money back. We are 12 weeks in, and no closer to them being able to provide me money from my bond. They do not reply, they contradict themselves, they make up reasons not to return money and their systems for uploading documents don't work. I have had to chase at every turn, jump through hoops that are not needed and now we are back at the beginning. We are about to raise a FOS complaint. Reviewed on: 20th April 2026
