Missing Expensive Item In The Post

I had an expensive bottle of perfume go missing in the post. It was extremely stressful, however PayPal made it really easy for me to report the issue and I had regular updates from the App. I called through and the person on the phone was really understanding and reassuring. I was really upset about the situation and the person on the phone was really lovely. In the end I got a full refund and bought the item again. I am a perfume collector and having items delivered in the post is risky, but PayPal makes me feel reassured and supported. Thank you, it was a really stressful period but you helped get the issue resolved. 10/10 Reviewed on: 21st April 2026
