Very easy to use & really does help to have the abil...

Very easy to use & really does help to have the ability to use this facility at times. Only issue I have is when the zero interest payment due date is stated, there is no ability to pay down that specific amount & when you make payment by the due date it is always longer in clearing which means it then gets added to the interest bearing balance. Find that quite confusing as to when that payment should be made ensuring that by that due date the funds have been applied to the account in good time. Feel like improvements could be made to that.
