I had a help to buy isa with Halifax which I really struggled to save with as it had to be a standing order. Whereas with my money box lifetime isa you can deposit when you want and how much and honestly it’s worked so much better for me! As if I’ve had a better month at work I can put more in whereas with my help to buy the it was only take out the standing order amount and I would spend the rest. Also love how you can see what your buying partner has saved and what you have saved together. We are saving for our first house and I work with alot of people my age who also are wanting to buy and recommend money box to everyone. Reviewed on: 21st April 2026
