Not good at all, Paypal is highly Not recommended

I've been a loyal customer with this company for more than 10 years and I noticed a critical decline in the quality of customer service, who are mostly overseas filipinos or whatever, tehre was a clear pattern of call avoidance and lack of respect snd professionalism during the recent calls I had with them, which were payment disputes witha merchant, but instead of helping, they avoid supporting the customer, I do not reocmmend doing any business or relying on paypal services, you will only be left disappointed with your query unresolved. They will not provide you with reasonable adjustments and you will have to repeat your query several times for them to understand how serious your claims are. These people at Paypal do not value a loyal customer and lack basic courtesy, advocacy and care. Avoid and stay as far away from Paypal. Reviewed on: 12th May 2026
