Great customer service from an ethical bank

Customer services from Triodos are always quick, easy to get hold of and able to resolve any questions easily. I really like the banking app which is easy to use and its great that it includes content where I can find out more about the projects that my money is supporting through ethical investing through their regular newsletter round ups Reviewed on: 21st April 2026
