Happy to take your money but terrible in the event of an incident. They claim to act on ‘your’ behalf but are a 3rd party outfit that are Claim Handlers. My advice would be to contact your Insurance company directly Reviewed on: 21st July 2026

I haven’t had to make a claim and hope I don’t need to, so I can’t comment on their claim handling. Purchasing the insurance was quick, easy and less than half of my previous insurer. Documents arrived immediately by email. Reviewed on: 23rd July 2019
