I have never, ever dealt with a worst company than Z...

I have never, ever dealt with a worst company than Zuto. They lead you up the garden path by saying that you have been approved, even providing a screenshot of the approval. Then make you take a day off work to travel over 100 miles each way to test drive the car, then take another day off to collect the car, but they didn’t happen. The reason it didn’t happen was due to the fact, the so called approval and acceptance they claimed they had was not true. So basically Daniel the sales person lied, yes blatantly lied. What he has done is immoral, illegal, without care, I don’t know how else to put it. Im taking legal action against Zuto for my costs incurred so far, and I will not let then get away with this ill treatment and disrespect for customers. Reviewed on: 21st April 2026
