Claims nightmare

Firstly, the sales side of AllClear are excellent. However, if you are unfortunate enough to make a claim then it is a nightmare. AllClear sub contract claims to Gallaher Basset and they are totally useless.. Their modus operandi is to stretch out all claims by asking for more information every 7 days until you are totally frustrated. AllClear are no better as their customer care team are toothless. For reasons only known to them they have escalated my claim to Zurich Insurance and they are quoting a response team of 6-8 weeks. Everything to do with claims is hopeless . Avoid them at all costs.
