Brill!

Fantastic service - great communication and fast process. My only feedback would be that the lines were incredibly busy on Friday afternoon which I understand is to be expected as I work in a contact centre myself - however maybe more staff could be rota'd in for these busy times as I was waiting almost an hour on hold Friday afternoon and had to give up before I was able to speak to anyone... However all other times I've called through I've got through to an agent almost immediately which has been absolutely brilliant so only a minor criticism. With regards to the agent that dealt with my application - he was fantastic! Spoke a little fast on times but other than that he was great and made the whole process really easy and understandable.
