Just one complaint.

My only complaint, and a very important one for me, is that, having been a PayPal customer since 2001 when I lived in the United States, I couldn't keep my account when I moved to the United Kingdom. I lost my entire record. The same thing happened with eBay. I really can't find any explanation for why PayPal, being an international company, doesn't respect customer loyalty when they change residence. Aside from that issue, I'm very happy to be able to rely on PayPal for most of my online transactions. Reviewed on: 24th April 2026
