Our account has been playing up for the past few days.

Our account has been playing up for the past few days. The inconvenience it has caused is terrible. We cannot pay our suppliers, wages payout cannot be done. I literally cannot transfer to any of my contacts inside the bank. I can add a pic of a snapshot of the payment not going through. Every single time a payment doesn't go through I receive a message/email from zempler to call their customer service which is just horrendous. Fix the issue as soon as a possible or I will have to open the account with someone else. Reviewed on: 24th April 2026
