Customer Service like no other!

I phoned the offices and was greeted warmly by David in the Aberdeen office, whose positivity and helpfulness made explaining my request so easy. His professionalism coupled with patience was disarming and he was able to solve the dilemmas I had with my accounts. This customer service is like no other - it is exceptional.
