Smiling faces and a very warm welcome. Jo helped with a passbook update which was done very quickly and efficiently. Asked me if there was anything else that I could help with, which was great as I felt unhurried and not just a number…..like some other high street financial institutions. Traditional and modern, that’s exactly what i expected and that’s what I experienced at HRBS Nuneaton. Thank you Hinckley and Rugby Building Society, keep up fantastic customer service.
