Mortgage for seniors

Spoke to Erick about obtaining a mortgage, my husband is 80, already retired and this is one of the few lenders where age is not a barrier. Erick was extremely pleasant, helpful and knowledgeable, took all our details and came back to me a few hours later to say we had passed the initial affordability test.
