My experience with HSBC’s personal loan service has been straightforward and fairly smooth. The application process was clear and easy to complete online, and I received a decision fairly quickly. The terms were explained clearly, including the repayment amount and interest rate, which made it easy to understand what I was agreeing to. Once approved, the funds were paid into my account promptly, which was convenient. Managing the repayments through the mobile banking app has also been simple and reliable. On the downside, the interest rate offered wasn’t the lowest available compared to other lenders I looked at, and the eligibility criteria felt quite strict. HSBC Online Bonus Saver

My experience with HSBC’s Online Bonus Saver has been fairly positive overall. It was easy to open and link to my current account, and I like being able to manage everything through the app. The bonus interest is a good incentive to leave the money untouched, which has helped me build up savings. That said, the rate drops if you make withdrawals, which can be a bit frustrating if you need access to your money. It’s good for disciplined saving, but not as flexible as some other accounts.
