Helpful Service, Minor Delays

I’ve generally had a positive experience with PayPal’s customer service. Each time I’ve reached out, the representatives have been helpful and able to resolve my issues without any real problems. During my most recent call, I was transferred between departments a couple of times before reaching the right person, which was a bit time-consuming. However, once I was connected to the correct team, the experience improved significantly. The last representative I spoke with stood out in particular—she was friendly, kind, and genuinely uplifting, especially while assisting me with making a payment over the phone. That level of warmth made the interaction feel much more personal and reassuring. Overall, while there’s some room for improvement in call routing efficiency, the quality of support once you reach the right person has been consistently strong. Reviewed on: 26th April 2026
