Good financial support.

The experience I have since I have been using PayPal as a financial support is a mixed experience, it has been good and bad, there are transactions I was cheated by the merchant but PayPal could not settle it in my favour, when they clearly cheated me, that was a bad experience for me because it is a huge amount of over £300 and I am still struggling to pay the debt back up till now.
