From personal experience I can honestly say PayPal has a customer service team who actually work. Phones are answered. You don’t spend hours or days going around in circles chatting to a bot. The interest free option on spending is a necessity in this present climate as we do need to purchase things without ending up further down a spiralling debt route. There are so many things I couldn’t afford if it wasn’t for PayPal. Reviewed on: 26th April 2026
