PayPal has your back

We purchased an expensive child’s cabin bed which needed building. It was flimsy in places and screws caused cracks. We contacted the company who sold it and they were not interested. A joiner could have spent a day building and reinforcing it but at a further cost. We contacted PayPal who in turn contacted the company. We received a full refund and they didn’t want the bed back. Deciding it wasn’t safe for a child to sleep in we threw it away. We now buy everything with PayPal knowing if anything goes wrong they have our back. Reviewed on: 26th April 2026
