Savings review for my Mum as her Power of Attorney

I had a review meeting for my Mum’s savings as her Power of Attorney. I needed to set up transfer facilities to her TSB current account, from which I pay her care home fees. Bhavana was very efficient and made very useful suggestions to make the best use of the savings. The Newbury Building Society employee was well informed, kind and empathetic and helped sort out the accounts. Reviewed on: 27th April 2026
