Despite having and providing a proof of postage and delivery Harvey Nichols returns centre kept refusing to refund over £800 credit. Provided same information to PayPal who I now use for all Internet purchases and credit arrived within 2 days. 9 contacts with Harvey Nicols nothing, two with PayPal solved.
