Went the extra mile

I had a figure in mind (which was conservative because I didn't want to be denied) when I applied for credit as a customer, I obviously gave a break down of how much debt I had and that my reason for applying was for debt consolidation. They came back to me and offered me more because they undestood what exactly I needed it for and did their due diligence to provide me the best possible option at the time, with the added bonus of savings with interest.
