Difficult to review an insurance company until you need them. Several phone calls from France later, our problem was solved and confidence in our insurance provider was riding high. Reviewed on: 11th October 2022

Most comprehensive cover, coupled with a fantastic price.

So, we leave our caravan in storage, (Silver rated CASSOA). A week before we go away, we fetch the van out of storage, and leave it on my parents front garden, not on the road, on private property. Same first four characters of post code as our house, five minutes walk away. We found out from previous insurers, that the van would only be covered if it was left outside our own property, and only for 48 hours before a holiday, max. So leaving it for a week, wasn't covered with our previous insurer. Was not happy. Looked around for a new quote, not only were the CMC much cheaper, with various discounts applied, but they covered the van wherever it. (We dropped the CASSOA storage discount they offered so it's covered on parents driveway). Still far cheaper than any other, (for us at least). Spoke to them each renewal, always polite and good customer service. I don't give recommendations unless I believe in the product or service. CMC insurance comes recommended.
