i explained i prefer being contacted via email however i only ever received phone calls. I suffer from really bad anxiety so being on phone calls makes me really anxious. I know sometimes it can’t be avoided and that’s okay! I did have the same phone call approx 3 times to go over the same things Reviewed on: 29th April 2026
