I like using Paypal, but....................

I like using Paypal, but they got rid of the free returns and I find it's harder to make a claim and have it upheld nowadays even if there is a lot of online evidence the trader is a scammer, especially anything sent from China, that needs looking into, protect your customers not the scammers!
