This app stole 60% of a cash transfer without any explanation. Money just vanished into thin air. I sent a cash transfer from my barclays to my monese and only 40% of the funds reached monese. The other 60% has vanished without a trace or explanation. Monese customer support is non existent. They have no phone number they dont reply to emails and the "ai assistant" will make you want to smash youe phone because its the most useless frustrating experience I have ever faced dealing with a company! They steal your money and dont reply to you. They are a scam company do not trust them with your money. I am disabled and they took the money for my taxi and I missed my hospital appointment. Worst experience I have ever had. 24 hours and no response from anybody completely unacceptable considering complaint to the FOS and FCA for hidden fees / missing money / non existany customer service. You expect better from a financial institution. As soon as my issue is resolved I will be filing a complaint. If you want to keep your money safe DONT USE MONESE THEY ARE THEIVES!!
