I found the customer experience in the branch to be...

I found the customer experience in the branch to be very good but have now moved to a small town without a branch so set up online dealings. There were a couple of snags in the process but I was able to quickly speak with an advisor who talked me through to process to get started. The website looks easy enough but I would still prefer to use a branch if there was one near me. Reviewed on: 1st May 2026
