Brilliant Insurance

This is my second year with By Miles and can't fault them at all. Last year I had a smashed windscreen and they got it sorted straight away. This year, when it came to my renewal, my premium and cost per mile actually went DOWN! I can't say enough how great this policy is and how I always recommend to friends and family - especially those living in London where the number of miles you drive really does factor into the policy! Finally - a fair insurance company!

As driver that doesn't cover thousands of miles a year, this policy is by far the best. Customer Service is excellent, the savings are brilliant and have converted several friends to this new style policy. Reviewed on: 1st August 2019
